Vintage Stewart Clipmaster Model 51-1 Clippers, Electric Animal Shears “Parts”

Here is another item from local estate, This is old farming clippers that DO NOT RUN (Parts Only Or Repair) now the unit looks complete and missing one screw bottom near cord, now the extra long cord is in very poor shape and needs replaced. This maybe why the unit don’t run, As Is, No Returns. See all pictures for they are part of my description.
