Plate number strip of 5 of the (33c) 'H' Uncle Sam's Hat First Class rate coil stamp.  Plate number 1111.  Issue date 11/9/1998.  This stamp was printed in large coils of 3000 with spaces between the stamps.
Scott number is 3266.  Scott 2021 catalog value for a plate numbered strip of 5 is .00.
The scan is a stock example of the strip you will receive.  There may or may not be a back number on the strip.  The strip will be MNH and on its original backing paper.
