PLEASE READ BELOW for sizing and measurements!
These are meant to be worn "baggy" and scrunched up; very much like loungewear.
Could be a great piece for use as Rennaisance Faire / Festival wear.
Brand:  Tag says "Tibetan Gift Corner, Made in Nepal, 100% Cotton"
Color:  Army Green (bottom is a darker green, top with "skirt" overlay is a lighter version of same green).  Photos make the green appear more vibrant green, but this is closer to an army green.
Size:  Tag says SMALL ... This may actually be closer to a Junior's size XS, but please note measurements below:
Waist is 25 inches.  You might be able to get 2 more inches additional, with the stretch in the back, BUT it would be pushing it!
There is NO true "inseam" due to the harem pant style of construction, but if I had to guess, I would say approximately 25 - 26 inches for inseam.
Along the OUTER edge of the pant legs, starting at top outside edge of waistband and running down to outer bottom of elastic cuffs measures 35 inches.
The bottom seam that runs between the two ankles measures 30 inches.
Each ankle (elastic) has an opening of 8 total inches (4 inches diameter)
Details:  Large Pockets.  Waist has elastic in center back.  Front has three buttons for securing.  Along with the front 3 buttons, there are also two decorative straps that button into place, after you've secured the main fabric flap.  Front pocket zipper is 5 inches long (8 inch deep pocket).  The other front pocket is more of a traditional type 4 inch deep pocket.

This item is in pre-owned condition, so it's possible that it may show signs of wear.  There is one black "dotted line" mark on the fabric surface, near the bottom seam.  Its starts at the left side by the bottom of the overskirt and travel to the right (in 1st photo it is visible).  It is not noticeable when worn, due to the scrunchy nature of the legs.  No attempts have been made to remove the marking.  Also, due to the hand-made nature of this item, there is natural fraying along some seams that enhance the "bohemian" style of this clothing article (namely on front pocket seam).  I make all best efforts to fully disclose any flaws that could be present and visible.
