    It is used, comes with what's pictured, it does ratchet properly. The black strap needs to be replaced on the breech spanner.
    There is dirt/dust and some rust spots on the rods. The bag is sturdy although soiled with dirt.
    I have not tried to clean it as I don't want to damage anything.
