    SCALE and a 9" scale.
    The 12" scale was stored where some Minor surface rust developed.
    Scale has minor scratches and Very Minor "discoloration spots". (See pictures)
    I do not have a clue as to what happened to the 9" scale.
    I removed surface rust with a wire wheel.
    It is a 9" scale which is a very unusual size.
    The "dot" was placed on the scale by Starrett.
    There is an engraving on the reverse side of the 9" of "STD"
    I cleaned it up.
