    This is an auction for a Plate number strip of 9 of the scarce Scott #3465a, the  (34c) nondenominated Flowers issue of 2000, Plate # B1111.  The 2019 Scott catalog value is .00.
    Shipping is free.
    The strip  is mint never hinged,  XF, has no flaws and was freshly taken from a coil of 100 (by me).The above scan is a stock scan, but the strip that you will receive will be virtually the same with regard to quality and centering.
