Rosalind Russell Vintage Picture, Color Toned, Framed.
This picture does not appear to be a photograph.  The image is on very thin paper.  Looking closely, you can see the tiny dots and color (see close-up pic of her signature).  I'm not familiar with color reproductions, so I can't say what method was used to produce this picture or when.  It's a very nice picture of the actress and is in good vintage condition.  It appears to have been kept in this vintage frame due to a small chip out of the side of the paper (not visible from the front) where the frame nail held the backing on.
