Pair Large Antique Adam Urn Cast Brass Bronze Architectural Garden Gate Finials

For your consideration is this pair of antique architectural finials. They measure 12" tall and are 4" square at the base. They are heavy cast brass or bronze and are "Adam" style or urn shaped. They each have 4 mounting holes in the perimeter of the base and retain an old worn painted surface. These were corner post or gate finials from a prominent local institution and were salvaged by an employee years ago when the fence was removed. One does have a "rattle" as something is trapped inside. A large and impressive pair of finials that weigh almost 9 lbs. each. Please study the photos and ask any questions you may have.
