    You are bidding on one new HotelTech Optimax ST digital thermostat, part number ST24U.  Included in the box is the thermostat, mounting plate, 2 screws & installation instructions.  This thermostat requires 24vac to operate and is the same as the Optimax model, but it includes a motion sensor on the bottom right side of the thermostat.
