Mitutoyo 182-125 Stainless Hardened Scale, 12 in (32nds & 64ths), 305 mm (1/2mm)

Description

Lightly used Mitutoyo #182-125, 9408, Stainless Hardened Scale (Rule), made in Japan (home of Mitutoyo).
- 12 inch side features one edge graduated in 64ths of an inch, while the opposite edge is graduated in 32nds of an inch
- 305 millimeter side features one edge graduated in millimeters, while the opposite edge is graduated in 1/2mm.

This Scale is my personal scale and is in very good condition. The edges are in good condition, with a very slight "mark" or "groove" at the 2-44/64" location. The scale comes with it's protective plastic sleeve, which it has been stored in. Most of these nowadays are Made in USA, while this one is an earlier "Made in Japan". This is the perfect Scale for the Machinist, Quality Inspector or anyone that needs highly accurate measurements from a stiff, hardened, straight edged scale.
