The Mastitis Detector is used  for detecting mastitis in the earliest and visually undetectable stage. The Detector is a portable and easy to use device. Thus maintaining the production for top quality milk.
Allows for detecting medical conditions separately for each quarter and for effective prevention through fast udder condition monitoring.
The Detector is a means of detecting early stage of an illness without visible symptoms. The Detector works by measuring changes in the electrical resistance of the milk, as development of mastitis which is accompanied by an increase in salt levels of the milk, which involves changes in the resistance. This is considered to be the most reliable test in diagnosing Mastitis.
To test is a very simple procedure, all you have to do is milk the first portion of milk directly into the measuring cup, press the button and read the result pour out the milk and clean the cup then repeat the same steps for the other three quarters.
