This is a rare January 24th, 1969 "Playgoer" playbill from the one-week, National Tour engagement of the JERRY HERMAN musical comedy hit "MAME" at the Shubert Theatre in New Haven, Connecticut. (The production opened May 24th, 1966 at the Winter Garden Theatre in New York City and ran for 1508 performances while simultaneously playing on the road.) ..... The musical starred JANET BLAIR as "Mame Dennis" and ELAINE STRITCH as "Vera Charles" and featured ISABELLE FARRELL, RICHARD HIGGS, SEAN ALLAN, SAM KRESSEN, LOUISE KIRTLAND, ANNE RUSSELL, CHET LONDON, FRANKLIN SIU, ED FULLER, GAIL HECHT, MARSHA HASTINGS, BRIAN HALL, LARRY BURTON and DAREL GLASER .....
