    Description

    Selling is an 8" X 10" Glossy Color Photo of GINGER ROGERS and FRED ASTAIRE from "THE BARKLEY'S of BROADWAY", a 1949 film.  This photo is an Older Restrike printed in the 1990's on professional kodak paper.  There is nothing on the back of the photo, except the name of FRED  ASTAIRE and a few numbers penned in black ink.  It's very RARE to find this photo in color in an older restrike of these two popular stars dancing.
    Internet Research states that "After almost a decade apart,
    Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire
    came together again in 1949
    and
    filmed their tenth
    and final
    musical,
    THE
    BARKLEYS
    OF BROADWAY
    ,
    for
    MGM."  It is unique in several ways but important to note it was their only film together in color.
