These pants are so adorable, with polka dots print material. with elastic waist, and tired ruffles at the hem of the legs.  Pants are perfect for everyday play-time wear, School, or Parties, Photos, or Special Occasions.  The ruffled pants are "NWOT" and have never been worn.  I see no visible holes, or stains, snags, or rips, pilling, no popped seams, or color fading.
I have three Granddaughters, and I buy a lot of clothes for them, and some clothes they never wear, or they have outgrown them.
