    Publication:
    N.p. Vitagraph, Circa 1941

Vintage reference photograph from the 1944 film, showing cast and crew members, including director Frank Capra and actors Cary Grant, Priscilla Lane, Jean Adair, and Raymond Massey, posed together at what appears to be a wrap party.
From the archive of film historian and author Joel Finler.
Capra's beloved, classic rendition of the 1939 Joseph Kesselring play, today considered a high point in Cary Grant's career. Production on the film ended in 1941, only a few days after the United States entered World War II, though the film's release would be delayed until 1944 due to a contractual obligation with the Broadway show. Capra applied for a commission with the Signal Corps, and would make no further commercial films until his discharge, beginning with 1946's "It's a Wonderful Life."
    Set in Brooklyn.
10 x 8 inches, with wide margins (image measuring 4.5 x 3.75 inches). Very Good, with moderate wear on the margin and a two inch closed tear on the right edge.
