Beatles Record Store Die Cut Cardboard Display Mobile Sign Capitol Records 1974

THE ITEM DESCRIPTION:
The Beatles record store display was a hanging mobile sign from CapitolRecords. Has Capitol Records logo on 1 side & underneath logo it says Printed in USA. It advertised a 2 record set of Beatles hit songs - 28 hits total. The record promotion was one of those that ran on TV. I believe this was in 1974. The rectangular part of the mobile measures 18 1/2" by 7 1/2". It was intended to hang from the ceiling. The 2 hanging disks are 5" in diameter. It is a very striking mobile with the die cut parts projecting out from the rectangular center. This part is approximately 3" wide.Condition is excellent with a few very small bends in the die cut part. There is a piece of scotch tape at the top to reinforce the area from which the mobile hangs. The tape cannot be seen unless you are above the mobile looking down. May have been briefly used in a store. It has the plain cardboard original packing box with the instruction sheet on how to assemble. Also has the original metal hanging hook. I photographed it on the floor rather than hanging. I will disassemble & pack inside of original box when shipping to the buyer.
