The musical opened NYC on 12/15/66 and ran for only 12 performances.  This performance ran from 08/09/66 - 08/14/66.  The cast includes John Raitt, Swen Swenson, Donna McKechnie, James Rado, Allan Louw, Art Wallace, Leland Palmer, Tommy Tune (as Tom Tune), Stuart Mann, Jordan Reed, Baayork Lee, Gay Edmond, Martin Ambrose, Oatis Stephens, Eric Weissberg and Charles Morley.  Music and lyrics by Oscar Brand and Paul Nassau and book by Edward Padula (based on The Insolent Breed by Borden Deal).  Directed by Ben Shaktman and choreographed by Michael Bennett.  Some songs are different than the Broadway production.  Includes newspaper reviews of NYC production.  The program is complete.

Condition is very good+ with some minor surface wear.
CONDITION:
I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality:  Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.  Good means just that:  desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade.  Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders.  Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear.  All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition.
